Second appointment was from 1:00P to 3:00P two days later. At 2:45P office called to say technician held up and did I want to reschedule. I said no. We will find a more reliable company. " T . The two techs arrived on time (actually early, with a phone call) and got straight to work descaling the unit for routine maintenance. They were very professional and answered all questions asked of them. Scheduling the appointment was easily done with the office. You could not ask for better service." B .
