"The arrival time I was given when setting the appointment was a bracket between 11 AM and 1 PM and the technician did not arrive until after 3 PM. However, once Mike arrived, he was efficient, very professional, and very thorough. He did a good job and told me what he found, and what to expect. I was very pleased with his service. "

"My hot water heater was installed on 12/9/2019 and I woke up to it this morning with water all over my garage floor. As of today its 3 years, 7 months, 3 weeks and 3 days old. 1332 days old. We paid $1100 for this water heater and expect more life out of it. Please call me back."

"Tim came out to diagnose problems with our Navien tankless water heater taking a long time to produce hot water. He found the problem, adjusted settings for the recirculation pump and now we get hot water quickly! Very knowledgeable and personable. Plan on using Fitch Specialties for our annual maintenance. Highly recommend."
