"My hot water heater was installed on 12/9/2019 and I woke up to it this morning with water all over my garage floor. As of today its 3 years, 7 months, 3 weeks and 3 days old. 1332 days old. We paid $1100 for this water heater and expect more life out of it. Please call me back."

"Tim came out to diagnose problems with our Navien tankless water heater taking a long time to produce hot water. He found the problem, adjusted settings for the recirculation pump and now we get hot water quickly! Very knowledgeable and personable. Plan on using Fitch Specialties for our annual maintenance. Highly recommend."

"Great first time experience! The owner came to provide an estimate for replacing our Rinnai, but he ended up fixing our issue by just cleaning the unit. We greatly appreciated his honesty and taking the time clean the unit and get us running again! We will definitely use Fitch Specialties again. "

"First scheduled appointment was a "no show." No one called. When Fitch was contacted they said technician cancelled all afternoon appointments due to a personal issue. Second appointment was from 1:00P to 3:00P two days later. At 2:45P office called to say technician held up and did I want to reschedule. I said no. We will find a more reliable company. "

"I am certainly no fan of Rinnai products, but that's a beef with the manufacturer, not Fitch. The two techs arrived on time (actually early, with a phone call) and got straight to work descaling the unit for routine maintenance. They were very professional and answered all questions asked of them. Scheduling the appointment was easily done with the office. You could not ask for better service."
